Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this covers
The Longevium online shop at longevium.shop is operated by Longevium FZ LLC (“we”). This policy covers the online retail shop only: browsing products, the cart, checkout, orders and shop accounts. It does not cover clinical or medical services, consultations, assessments or bookings, which are handled separately.
Contact for privacy questions and requests: shop@longevium.clinic.
Information we collect
- Orders: your name, email address, phone number, Dubai delivery address (area, building, apartment/floor), the products, quantities and amounts you order, payment status and an order reference.
- Shop account (optional): your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Payments: handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe tells us whether a payment succeeded.
- Communications: messages you send to shop@longevium.clinic.
How we use it
- To take payment for, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To send order details to our shop team by email and in a private internal Telegram group.
- To handle returns, refunds and questions.
- To show your order history when you are signed in.
- Analytics and advertising measurement, described below, unless you turn them off.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary (always on): your cart, your cookie choice, sign-in session, and a one-time proof stored in your browser so the order status page can confirm your own payment. These are needed for the shop to work.
Optional — on by default: analytics and advertising measurement. On shop pages where they are allowed, they are switched on automatically unless you turn them off; we do not show a pop-up banner. To turn either or both off, open “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page, untick the purpose (or select Reject) and save. Your choice is saved in this browser, applies straight away (including in other open tabs) and you can change it again at any time. The shop works the same if you turn them off. A choice you saved earlier, including a rejection, is kept.
Analytics (Google), on unless you turn it off
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the catalogue is used. We send shop events such as product views, cart changes, checkout starts and completed purchases, containing product codes (SKUs), quantities, prices and currency. We do not send product names, your name, email, phone or address. Page addresses are replaced with a neutral page type. As with any request to Google, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser/device details.
While analytics is on, we also remember the campaign that brought you to the shop (the first and the latest visit tagged with campaign parameters, such as utm_source or an ad identifier) for up to 90 days in your browser, and attach it to your order.
Advertising measurement (Meta), on unless you turn it off
Unless you turn “Advertising measurement” off in Cookie preferences (a separate choice from analytics), we use Meta’s pixel and Conversions API to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to product views, cart additions, checkout starts and purchases of selected retail products.
- Events contain product codes (SKUs), quantities, amounts and currency, and an event identifier. No product names, health information, email, phone or address.
- Meta’s pixel runs in your browser and, like other such tools, sends Meta the page address, the previous page address, your IP address and browser/device details. It only runs on selected product pages, the cart and the order status page.
- Meta’s browser and click identifiers (the _fbp and _fbc cookies) and your browser’s user-agent are saved with your checkout, so the purchase can be reported to Meta from our server once payment is confirmed.
- Clinical, booking, assessment, account and health-goal pages are never measured for advertising.
- Turning advertising measurement off stops the pixel and removes Meta cookies from your browser. For orders placed in the same browser, it also tells our server not to send, or retry sending, a purchase report to Meta and to remove the Meta identifiers from any report still waiting to be sent. If you are offline, this is sent when you are next online on the shop.
- Withdrawal cannot recall information that was already sent to Meta before you withdrew, including a report in the process of being sent at that moment. For orders placed on another device or browser, or for questions about information already shared, contact shop@longevium.clinic.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the shop:
- Stripe — payments.
- Our cloud hosting and database provider — website, accounts and order records.
- Resend — sending order and account emails.
- Telegram — internal order notifications to our shop team.
- Google — sign-in with Google (if you use it) and analytics (unless you turn it off).
- Meta — advertising measurement (unless you turn it off).
These providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. We use them for the purposes described here.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and refunds, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Campaign information in your browser expires after 90 days.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw a consent you gave, by emailing shop@longevium.clinic. We will respond subject to our applicable legal obligations, for example records we must keep for tax purposes. You can change cookie choices at any time via “Cookie preferences”.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new version date.
