Delivery

• Delivery within Dubai only.
• Free delivery within Dubai on orders of AED 250 and above.
• Orders under AED 250: AED 25 delivery.
• In-stock items are delivered within 1–2 working days.

VAT

All prices on the website include 5% VAT.

Returns and refunds

• Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and supplements cannot be returned.
• Exceptions: if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or there is an error in your order, the full order amount including delivery is refunded.
• If a pre-order does not arrive within the time stated on the product page, its cost is refunded on request.
• Refunds are made to the original payment card, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
• Gadgets are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
